Yes! Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using carefully selected gemstones and quality materials. Because of the natural variations in gemstones, every piece is uniquely its own.
Are your pieces one of a kind?
Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once a design is sold, it won't be recreated exactly the same. If you love a style that's already sold, feel free to reach out - we may be able to create something similar.
Do you offer custom orders?
Absolutely! If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, we'd love to create something just for you.
Whether you have a favourite gemstone, colour palette, charm, or inspiration, we'll work with you to create a piece that's uniquely yours.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handcrafted, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right.

We currently ship across Canada, and local pickup is available in Barrie, Ontario - please contact us for a pickup request.
